We have worked with the Ortodoncis Group on its digital presence for seven years. We conceptualise, design and develop the websites of all the group’s clinics. The technical development project was a complex project based on a WordPress multisite with more than 20 templates, plug-ins and tailor-made developments.

The result: a single design for all the clinics and a technical solution that helped centralise the management of the digital presence of 18 clinics, while separately maintaining the positioning of each clinic.

Search engine positioning: local positioning oriented to attracting patients

We are responsible for the SEO positioning strategy of the majority of the clinics, through which we have placed them among the top spots in terms of local results on Google associated with their target keywords.

Due to the competitiveness of the sector, the diversity of treatments of each clinic and their location, we proposed a strategy based on three key aspects:

  • Maximise the tuning of keywords and commit to concepts oriented to attracting patients.
  • Understand the competitive advantage of each clinic to reflect it in the positioning strategy and communicate it to the main targets of each clinic.
  • Optimise the links between the clinics and the group’s other online projects.

Today, the website is the primary source of new patients at the majority of the clinics and is a key tool in patient care.

Janer Ortodoncia, a success story

Our most outstanding work on the project for Ortodoncis is perhaps our collaboration with the Barcelona clinic, Janer Ortodoncia. We developed an inbound marketing strategy with a central element: an orthodontic blog aimed at a target group aged 40 to 60. The blog, launched in 2009, has received more than 1,200,000 visits, exceeding on many occasions 20,000 visits per month, and its positioning is extremely successful.

The content strategy contemplated the development of other channels oriented according to type of treatment.

The inbound strategy was supported by outbound actions like SEM campaigns (with conversion rates in excess of 5%), attraction and loyalty campaigns, and Social Ads campaigns to generate leads.
