SEO consultancy

Technical SEO consultancy for the Dalí Foundation website: www.salvador-dali.org. We worked on the development phase of the new website giving technical support to the technicians and the designer who were in charge of the project. We started analyzing the previous website (usability, technical analysis and positioning) and ensuring that the future website would be optimized for search engines. Also, we prepared a migration from one website to another in order not to lose SEO traffic when changing websites. In addition, we gave some advice on usability and architectural information.

Online strategy, web analytics and 2.0 analytics

We are in charge of detecting new communication and online marketing opportunities for Fundació Dalí and suggest strategies for the future. This work is based on: web and global Internet analytics in relation to the image of Dalí and its museums social networks analytics benchmarking of other museums Among other tasks, we have done a study of the presence of Dalí and his work among the main languages of Wikipedia, the traffic related with Dalí in Wikipedia and the traffic that Wikipedia provides to the web. Besides, we have been evaluating, together with the Fundació, different actions for late 2012 and 2013.

This is a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the Fundació Dalí website statistics. With more than 1.200.000 visits in 2009, the Dalí museums are placed among the ones in Spain with more visitors. With a huge international projection and a website where most of the visits come from foreign countries, it was necessary to analyze its web traffic in order to: Have a general vision of the website traffic, and the usage that visitors make of the website: topics of interest, most asked information, language chosen for the website, etc. Analyze the traffic that came from Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and detect opportunities to grow. Analyze the traffic and the positioning on the main markets in order to know the location and plan actions. Give support to new e-commerce sections and sell online tickets for the Foundation.

We are in charge of the Social Media of the Gala Salvador Dalí Foundation. We work together with their communication department on their website management and on the contents that they publish on Facebook. Together we define their strategy of communication in Social Networks aiming to get the museum out of its physical space and share it online with Dali followers.
